One of the first companies in the region: Rheinspan vaccinates a large part of the workforce against covid-19 – further vaccination campaign planned
On Tuesday, June 08th, a large part of the workforce of the Germersheim chipboard manufacturer Rheinspan that was willing to be vaccinated was vaccinated against Covid-19 directly on the factory premises as part of a vaccination campaign. As soon as the company receives vaccine again, another vaccination campaign is planned. The vaccine was produced by Biontech/Pfizer.

A relevant and strategic agreement between Saviola Group (Italy) and the majority shareholder of Nolte Holzwerkstoff Gmbh & Co. Kg (Germany, known on the market as Rheinspan) was signed on Friday, December 27th in Frankfurt, establishing Saviola Holding's will enter equally to capital of the German company.

Nolte Holzwerkstoff:
New Wood Recycling Plant Completed
The new wood recycling plant of the chipboard manufacturer Nolte Holzwerkstoff from Germersheim in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, is in operation. After the start of construction in November 2018 and the first trial runs in July 2019, the manufacturer expects full utilisation of the wood recycling plant in 3-shift operation starting the end of September.

Chipboard production at Nolte Holzwerkstoff back on track
Easing of situation at Nolte Holzwerkstoff: The Germersheim-based chipboard manufacturer has secured the glue supply for its production for the coming weeks and months. Suppliers from Belgium, Poland, Austria and Hungary compensate for the lack of glue due to the low water levels in the Rhine and ensure the continued production of chipboard.
